Swisscave staff is nice and available to speak over the phone and this was definetly a plus when ordering my wine cooler. I was also convinced by what I read on the internet site about their experience in storing wine bottles and was happy to have found a competitively priced product with Swiss quality. Receiving the wine cooler I was surprised to find the shelves were optimized only for bordeaux bottles. Overall the wine cooler is nice and relatively quiet. My sugestion to Swisscave is to make sure clients know there is a possibility to have a mixed configuration with burgundy shelves as I am sure the majority of wine lovers need to store different bottle formats.

Pictures say more than words. Our decision fell on the Premium Edition 2-zone wine temperature control cabinet WLB-460DFLD from SWISSCAVE and we are incredibly happy with it. After sufficient research, there were still two manufacturers in the running at the end. Miele and SWISSCAVE. Since we wanted the noble wine cooler in the living room, the volume was an important criterion. The interior / space and the presentation of the wines were also important to me. Hanspeter Jaeger gave us fantastic advice. Because there are truly great differences on the market. At the end, we also toasted with a champagne. Great undertaking, fantastic products - so the whole thing is fun!!!

After the glass door was defective on the first delivery, a replacement unit was delivered within two days. Very good delivery service and support by Swisscave. With the Italian bottle sizes and the German Risling bottles, we still have some trouble sorting. They are "misshapen" and take away a lot of space. Therefore I strongly recommend to purchase the largest possible cabinet. I am currently very satisfied and would order again from Swisscave.

I have bought the humidor few months ago and let me tell you it is crazy. It is working like a Swiss clock. The temperature and the humidity are regulated and checked every few minutes. The ceder wood from inside is top quality, and the best part is the big space. You can put 3 desktop humidors (don't do that;), few 25 robust boxes and on top of that few hundred cigars, that's how BIG it is. The online info-service, was really qualified, informed and kind. Shipment went smooth, couldn't be more happier :)

Well, I'm really excited about the Swisscave climate cabinets. They work flawlessly, and I have heeded many of your tips from your homepage and our phone calls. Delivery and also the service afterwards, for example when I discovered a wrong power plug on one of the devices, was really very good. Thanks a lot for this. Only the adjustment of the feet until the cabinets were in Libra, was tedious and complicated, because the taverns are in a niche next to each other. So I always had to prefer each cabinet new and adjust the screws on the feet and push back and check, etc. With patience, but I've made it. That's why I have so far told many acquaintances, but also customers of mine, about Swisscave.
